Workshop "3D Characterization with ZEISS Xradia 520 Versa"
on September 23rd, 2019
at the Open House Event of the Institute for Composite Materials (IVW)
For modern material development, x-ray microscopic images (XRM) are an essential tool to gain detailed insight into the internal functioning of materials.
The Workshop at the Open House Event of the Institute for Composite Materials (IVW) of the TU Kaiserslautern will show the last advances in this area and the new applications for which the ZEISS Xradia 520 Versa x-ray microscope is planned. Experts from ZEISS will introduce the new technology and material characterization techniques. Experts from Math2Market will show how to visualize the acquired data with GeoDict and how to use it for the digital development of materials.
This joint workshop by IVW, ZEISS, and Math2Market offers a diverse program around 3D material development from microscopic imaging to modelling.
Take this opportunity to get in touch with the experts and get answers to your questions.
Organizers: ZEISS, Institute for Composite Materials (IVW), and Math2Market
The workshop will be held in English. Registration for the workshop is free of charge.
The Workshop webpage at Zeiss contains more information, the program, and an online registration form (in German).
